React.js Senior Developer

About the role

This position provides technical leadership and hands-on delivery across React interfaces, backend services, APIs, and databases using AI-assisted Spec-Driven Development (SDD).

What you'll do

• Lead full-stack architecture and development; evaluate cross-layer dependencies and trade-offs, and align implementation plans with existing architecture
• Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and clean, maintainable development practices
• Ensure performance, security, accessibility, and scalability standards are met
• Manage React upgrades and framework updates as needed
• Apply SDD: clarify requirements with product, business analysis, UX, and engineering; review measurable acceptance criteria, edge cases, and non-functional requirements
