What you'll do
- Managing the assigned portfolio by driving the collections team
- Ensure implementation of Collections Strategies
- Recruiting and Training In house as well as out bound teams
- Identification and empanelment of Collection agencies to ensure proper collections coverage
- Ensure field collection visits to customers for achieving resolution of allocated accounts
