What you'll do

• Run account management for a book of live intelligence engagements — client trainings, walkthroughs of delivered platforms, technical support triage
• Maintain client records and engagement history in the CRM with the discipline our confidentiality audits expect — every interaction, decision, and commitment logged
• Prepare and issue the regular client reports engagement leads rely on — status, milestones, risks — accurate enough to be quoted back to principals
• Use: HubSpot CRM, Google Workspace, Notion, Zoho Desk
