• Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team — pipeline reviews, pursuit strategy, and the interventions before a quarter slips
• Use: CRM-class pipeline and forecasting platforms, Quota and territory-design tooling, Sales-enablement and training systems, Revenue-reporting dashboards
