About the role
Account Manager jobs in Delhi at CryptoMize are open on a rolling, always-hiring basis. This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate joining at our New Delhi HQ, owning the relationships that outlive any single project. CryptoMize engagements run long — perception programs, privacy architectures and political campaigns are measured in quarters and years, not sprints — and someone senior must carry the client relationship across all of it.
What you'll do
- Own a portfolio of live client relationships across the five practice pillars, from weekly cadence to quarterly executive reviews
- Translate client needs into internal delivery requests — and delivery reality back into honest client communication
- Monitor engagement health: delivery against brief, sentiment of the client relationship, and early warning when either drifts
- Use: CRM platforms, Account-review dashboards in Metabase, Structured account-planning frameworks, Google Workspace collaboration stack
