About the role

This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate joining at our New Delhi HQ, running the records, data operations, and coordination backbone of a confidentiality-first organization across five intelligence domains.
What you'll do
- Own engagement records architecture — client files, correspondence logs, and documentation trails that make every engagement audit-ready on demand
- Run the operations desk data layer: Excel at expert level, structured templates, and the quality checks that keep five domain teams working from clean records
- Maintain employee and client record integrity under NDA-grade protocols — a wrong field is a client-visible failure, and the standard is zero
- Use: Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, Internal records and document-management systems, Basic accounting-software touchpoints
