About the role

What you'll do
- Own targets, manage and mentor the executive bench, and keep the pipeline honest enough to plan delivery around
- Own new-business targets for the practice — exceptional results delivered against assigned numbers, honestly earned
- Manage and mentor the business development executives: pipeline reviews, outreach coaching, deal support
- Use: CRM administration, Pipeline and forecast dashboards in Metabase, Campaign tooling with marketing, Google Workspace stack
