- Run the daily media monitoring loop: track mentions across news, broadcast, and social for assigned engagements
- Build and maintain the media CRM records for each account — outlet profiles, journalist beats, contact history — the way senior consultants actually use them
- Use: Meltwater-class media monitoring suites, Brandwatch-class social listening platforms, Google Analytics 4 for coverage-referred traffic
