What you'll do
- Run the engagement rhythm for live reputation workstreams — kickoff, milestone tracking, stakeholder updates, delivery sign-off — under senior PM supervision
- Maintain the engagement-status board that strategists, analysts, and ORM leads read every morning: who is on which client, where the workstream stands, what is blocked
- Coordinate cross-cell dependencies — when the ORM team, the analyst team, and the multimedia cell need each other for the same reputation brief
- Use: Notion / ClickUp for engagement-status boards, Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace, Slack / internal chat-ops, Airtable for engagement-KPI tracking
