About the role
The Project Director Internship at CryptoMize in Delhi is a 6-month certified program with a rolling, always-open intake — immediate starts, real engagements from month one. Project Director interns learn that altitude under a director: the plans that sequence expensive cells, the client relationships built to survive bad news, and the reviews where scope and staffing decisions actually get made.
What you'll do
- Make strategic decisions on live engagements and direct the project managers who implement them — the accountability layer between leadership and delivery
- Meet with clients, stakeholders, and PMs to report progress — the director's version of progress includes the hard parts, not the highlight reel
- Liaise with clients and build the working relationships that survive bad news being delivered early
- Use: Notion, Excel / Google Sheets, Google Workspace, MS Project basics
