What you'll do
- Supervise the project managers running delivery — reviewing progress, budgets and quality across every engagement you hold, at the standard the agency’s name rides on
- Make the strategic judgments managers escalate: scope calls, resourcing conflicts, and the decisions that cannot be delegated downward
- Report project progress to clients, stakeholders and the agency’s leadership — honest, current, and free of surprises
- Use: Portfolio-grade project-management platforms, Resource-planning and capacity dashboards, Risk-register tooling, Executive reporting suites
