- Own the commitment discipline the organization runs on: scope written before work starts, dates owned out loud, slippage surfaced the day it appears
- Run the interface between strategists and specialist teams (analytics, content, security, forensics) so hand-offs happen with complete inputs
- Use: Linear/Jira-class tracking at multi-engagement scale, Structured documentation systems, The engagement cadence framework
