About the role

This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate joining, based at our New Delhi HQ, measuring how client accounts actually perform across every platform and turning that measurement into the recommendations strategists act on.
What you'll do
- Support client social strategy with the measurement layer — developing the tracking design, monitoring performance, and analyzing the statistics every decision cites
- Review recent posts and campaigns, identify what performs and what underperforms, and implement data-backed strategies to improve social performance
- Report on campaign performance for every engagement: what worked, what did not, and the recommendations that follow from results actually seen
- Use: Native platform analytics, Social reporting suites, Google Analytics 4 for social-to-web attribution, Excel/Sheets at pivot depth
