Social Media Specialist Job

About the role

This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate joining, based at our New Delhi HQ, creating appealing and creative digital content for the social platforms client engagements run — reporting to the Social Media Manager and working closely with the digital-marketing cell on the strategy that promotes engagement and brand awareness.

What you'll do

• Create appealing, creative digital content for client accounts across every platform — text, image, and short-video cuts native to each channel
• Run the publishing calendar for your accounts: scheduling, posting, and the daily presence an active engagement demands
• Generate customer engagement — responding, encouraging product and post reviews, and answering complaints in a professional manner that protects the client’s standing
• Use: Social publishing and scheduling suites, Creative tooling, Native platform analytics for post-level reading, Community-management inbox tooling
