What you'll do
- Responding to internal client inquiries via email or Salesforce chatter
- Assisting in various EMC/EPS Projects such as Group Split projects, minute book and document uploads, and queues along with various filings such as Annual reports
- Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
- Maintaining and updating customer records including contact updates, and other various updates
- Reviewing and processing legal documents
