About the role
The Location Engagement & Cross-Business Collaboration specialist is responsible for creating stronger connections, collaboration and knowledge sharing across Business Units (BUs) and functions operating from the location.
What you'll do
- Coordinate location-wide engagement and cross-BU initiatives
- Partner with BU and functional champions to drive participation
- Manage the annual location engagement calendar
- Coordinate activities such as Coffee Connect, Know My Business and cross-business forums
- Support communication campaigns, invitations and employee updates
