About the role
The People and Culture Technology team is looking for an experienced, empowered, agile, and tenacious Oracle Cloud HCM Integration Lead to help expand the team’s scope and capabilities across the global Human Resources function. Gather and consolidate input from multiple business stakeholders, acting as a liaison and guiding the development team with clear direction.
What you'll do
- Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to elicit, comprehend, model and document requirements
- Contribute to solutioning, create user stories and requirements documents, models and mockups to facilitate feature development
- Facilitate conversations with stakeholders to drive adoption of solutions
