About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Software Engineer to join our organization in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. This role will require a strong leader with proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across regions, working closely with both business leaders and technology teams.
What you'll do
- Oversee the technical solutions of the delivery team
- Collaborate proactively with a distributed team, including developers, quality assurance, project management
- Design, develop and deploy technical PEGA based software solutions
- Work in Agile / Scrum software delivery life cycle
- Provide input to technical design process model, monitoring and reporting components, task and service implementations, work management, process start and control
