Commercial - Fitout (Interior)

About the role

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of commercial interior fit-out projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budget, quality standards, and safety requirements. The individual will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to drive successful project completion.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage the execution of commercial interior fit-out projects from initiation through handover
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and execution plans to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Monitor project progress, resource allocation, material planning, and contractor performance to achieve project milestones
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project governance frameworks
