About the role

Responsible for managing CMFA Pool requests, conducting financial analysis, developing and auditing pricing, valuation, and Argus models, and presenting key insights and summaries to stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Support the execution of financial analysis/modeling requests according to quality and timeliness standards
• Conduct audits of existing financial models for accuracy of model inputs and validity of assumptions
• Conduct market research to analyze property and market conditions; synthesize findings in a clear, concise manner
• Identify and communicate any missing information or unclear requests to ensure accurate analysis
