About the role
We are looking for an experienced professional to provide Lender’s Independent Engineer (LIE), Technical Due Diligence (TDD), and Project Investment Risk Monitoring services for banks, NBFCs, private equity firms, and other investors. The role involves evaluating project feasibility, construction progress, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and investment risks across real estate projects.
What you'll do
- Lead Technical Due Diligence (TDD), Lender’s Independent Engineer (LIE), and Project Investment Risk Monitoring assignments for real estate projects
- Evaluate project feasibility, construction progress, financial performance, and investment risks to support lending and investment decisions
- Conduct cost assessments, budget reviews, cash flow analysis, and project financial evaluations
- Monitor project execution, statutory approvals, regulatory compliance, and environmental, health & safety (EHS) standards
