About the role
We are looking for an experienced MEP Lead to spearhead the delivery of our Data Centre project in Chennai, driving end-to-end execution across planning, coordination, quality, safety, commissioning, and handover.
What you'll do
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of all project activities across civil, MEP, electrical, HVAC, ELV/BMS, and IT systems
- Review designs, ensure integration across disciplines, and compliance with data centre standards
- Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and resource utilization
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve issues
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover, ensuring operational readiness and documentation
