About the role
This role is responsible for planning, monitoring, billing, and cost control activities for commercial construction projects. The incumbent will support project execution by preparing project schedules, tracking progress, managing client and contractor billing, monitoring budgets, and ensuring timely project reporting and financial control.
What you'll do
- Responsible for planning, monitoring, billing, and cost control activities for commercial construction projects
- Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, baseline programs, and milestone tracking for commercial construction projects
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and generate periodic progress reports, dashboards, and MIS
- Prepare, verify, and process client RA bills, subcontractor bills, and quantity reconciliations
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, consultants, and clients for progress measurement and billing approvals
