About the role

- Manage execution of multiple villa units including structure, finishing, and external works
- Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications before execution
- Ensure high-quality finishing standards in villas (architectural and interior coordination)
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and client representatives
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project schedule
