This role is responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents. Also control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects or departments.
What you'll do
- Responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents
- Plan, monitor, and execute civil engineering works as per project schedule and design specifications
- Supervise site activities including structural, finishing, and external development works
- Review drawings, technical specifications, and provide necessary inputs for execution
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for resolving site-related issues
