What you'll do
- Lead the planning, scheduling, project controls, and performance management functions for large-scale building construction projects
- Develop and manage integrated project schedules, resource-loaded plans, project baselines, and recovery programs for large building construction projects
- Monitor project progress, critical paths, milestones, productivity, earned value, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with project objectives
- Lead cost control, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, risk analysis, delay analysis, and change management processes
- Prepare and present project dashboards, MIS reports, executive summaries, and progress reviews for senior management and clients
