About the role
The MEP Engineer is responsible for the design, coordination, installation, testing, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in commercial, industrial, and residential projects. The role ensures all building systems are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.
What you'll do
- Design, review, and oversee the installation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for construction and fit-out projects
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and facility teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP services
- Monitor project execution, quality, schedules, and budgets while ensuring compliance with local codes, safety standards, and client requirements
- Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of MEP systems to ensure operational efficiency and reliability
- Prepare technical documentation, BOQs, shop drawings, reports, and maintenance recommendations for project stakeholders
