What you'll do
- Oversee the operation of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, and exhaust systems
- Perform routine inspections including filter cleaning, refrigerant level checks, lubrication, and belt tensioning
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC electrical controls, motor starters, and VFDs
- Operate and maintain transformers, HT breakers, LT panels
- Conduct preventive maintenance of switchgear, VCBs, ACBs, and protective relays
