About the role
Lead the Engineering IT team responsible for delivering scalable Validation Solutions across the automotive V-Cycle. Drive developer productivity, validation automation, AI-enabled engineering, and modern toolchains that accelerate Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) development while improving quality, efficiency, and time-to-market.
What you'll do
- Own the roadmap and delivery of Validation Engineering IT solutions supporting SiL , HiL , XiL , simulation, testing, and release validation ecosystems
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of software engineers, DevOps engineers, platform specialists, and solution architects
- Drive modernization of validation platforms through cloud, automation, AI, and DevOps practices
- Improve the developer journey by enabling self-service, integrated toolchains, and AI-powered engineering solutions
- Collaborate with MB.OS , E/E, Powertrain, and Vehicle Integration teams to deliver business value
