What you'll do
- Lead a team of 15–25 engineers as a Sr. Program Manager and People Leader in Wiring Harness – Schematics Development for Mercedes-Benz Car Group
- Lead the DMU/Schematics Development team for passenger cars
- Take ownership of people management and technical decision-making within the team
- Define and manage team target agreements in alignment with organizational goals
- Guide and steer team members through various project and technical maturity milestones
