The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the maintenance team to ensure all manufacturing equipment, systems, and facilities are operating efficiently and safely. This role ensures timely preventive and corrective maintenance, supports production uptime, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll do
- Oversee daily maintenance operations, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime
- Lead and schedule maintenance technicians, assign work orders, and ensure proper staffing to support production needs
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and technical issues, coordinating timely repairs and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
