About the role
Responsible for managing Quality Management Systems, product & process quality, customer quality, and supplier quality for Dana TM4 electric drive system operations. Ensures compliance to global standards and supports continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.
What you'll do
- Ensure end‑to‑end QMS compliance as per IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
- Support quality systems for e‑motors, inverters, gearboxes, stator/rotor assemblies, machining & e‑drive assembly
- Lead APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and core tool deployment for NPD & engineering changes
- Drive internal/process audits, VDA 6.3, customer audits & certification audits; ensure timely CAPA closure
- Manage customer quality performance, handle complaints using 8D/RCA, and drive PPM reduction
