What you'll do

• Handle custom upgrade requests from initial review through delivery and installation support
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and technical experts to define feasible and compliant solutions
• Prepare quotations and communicate progress, lead times, costs, and technical information to requestors
• Create and maintain technical documentation and work instructions for upgrade execution
• Support quality checks, issue resolution, customer complaints, and continuous improvement activities
