What you'll do
- Perform daily GR-IR account reconciliations using SAP and Blackline, ensuring timely resolution of open items
- Monitor GR-IR balances, review aged items, and collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Receiving teams to resolve mismatches
- Prepare and maintain reconciliation documentation for audits, ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
- Support internal and external audits by providing reports, explanations, and acting as the focal point for auditor communications
- Review account reconciliations in Blackline, analyze trends, complete fluctuation analysis, and manage process metrics for transparency
