What you'll do
- Lead and coordinate daily Accounts Payable operations, ensuring smooth workflow management and adherence to established policies, procedures, and controls
- Oversee timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, payments, and month-end reconciliations while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance
- Reconcile Accounts Payable accounts, investigate discrepancies, resolve issues promptly, and keep relevant stakeholders informed of significant matters
- Maintain, update, and communicate Accounts Payable procedures, standards, policies, and process documentation to ensure operational consistency
- Monitor exceptions, duplicate payments, escalations, and aged transactions; drive timely resolution and review performance metrics to improve service delivery
