About the role
In this role, you will lead the recruitment efforts to attract top talent and ensure that we bring in individuals who align with our company culture and mission. The Senior Recruiter will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and develop innovative strategies to source and hire the best candidates.
What you'll do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring criteria
- Identify and leverage new sourcing channels and recruitment strategies to find qualified candidates
- Manage candidate communications and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Utilize recruitment metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make improvements
