About the role
We are seeking an Sr. Associate -.NET (6+ years’ experience) to join our Pune-based technology team. In this role, you will contribute to application development, enhancement, and maintenance across enterprise systems built on Microsoft .NET technologies, SQL Server, XML, and related frameworks.
What you'll do
- Participate in the evaluation of business requirements, preparation of technical specifications, and development of application components
- Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using VB.NET / C#, SQL Server, XML, and related technologies
- Perform unit testing, support integration testing phases, and ensure all deliverables meet required quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production incidents
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, and global stakeholders during requirement clarification, testing, and deployments
