What you'll do
- As a Principal Engineer, you will design and implement critical services, lead complex refactors, and champion quality
- Collaborate across teams to resolve dependencies and raise the bar for performance and reliability
- Apply your technical expertise to resolve the toughest customer issues with urgency and precision
- Collaborate closely with R&D and cross-functional teams to resolve customer challenges, gather insights, and transfer knowledge
- Identify and provide resolutions to diverse, complex technical problems while documenting best practices
