Experience working with incident management/ticketing tools.
What you'll do
- Participate in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, user training, and go-live support
- Work closely with functional and technical team members to deliver project activities on time
- Assist in data migration, data management, deployments, and system testing activities
- Provide application support, incident resolution, and defect analysis in SLA-based support engagements
- Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, training materials, and user guides
