What you'll do
- Provide day-to-day functional support for SAP FICO processes and business users across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and production support issues related to SAP FI and CO modules
- Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
- Support account reconciliations, financial reporting activities, and audit-related requirements
- Prepare functional specifications for minor enhancements, reports, interfaces, and support developments
