About the role
We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis & Security Senior Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Basis administration and SAP Security. 6–8 years of overall SAP experience with strong focus on SAP Basis and SAP Security. Expertise in SAP database administration including SAP HANA, Oracle, Sybase, backup, recovery, and performance optimization.
What you'll do
- Lead and support SAP Basis and Security implementation, administration, and AMS support activities
- Install, configure, upgrade, patch, and maintain SAP systems across Development, Quality, and Production landscapes
- Monitor and optimize SAP databases (SAP HANA, Oracle, Sybase, or other supported databases), including backup, recovery, and database administration
- Perform system performance monitoring, workload analysis, memory optimization, buffer tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure high system availability
- Configure and manage the SAP Transport Management System (TMS) for controlled movement of transports across system landscapes
