What you'll do
- Lead Fraud Risk Management (FRM) implementations, upgrades, and transformation programs for banking clients
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements across Fraud Risk, Operations, Compliance, and Business teams
- Translate requirements into fraud rules, risk strategies, workflows, case management processes, and system configurations
- Design and optimize fraud detection scenarios, risk scoring models, alert generation, and case management workflows
- Conduct process assessments, gap analysis, and define future-state fraud monitoring and investigation processes
