About the role
As a Senior Guidewire Developer , you are accountable for technical ownership of Guidewire solutions across one or more domains. You combine deep technical expertise , solution leadership , and operational accountability to ensure Guidewire platforms are stable, scalable, compliant, and aligned to enterprise standards .
What you'll do
- Platform & solution ownership
- Digital platforms (Engage, Jutro)
- Integrations, APIs, and decoupled services
- Lead solution design decisions for complex, cross ‑ module requirements
- Ensure solutions maximize out ‑ of ‑ the ‑ box (OOTB) Guidewire capabilities, approving customizations only when justified
