About the role
We are looking for an accomplished consulting leader to drive the Technology Strategy & Transformation practice focused on Insurance clients. The role combines executive advisory, business development, practice leadership, commercial ownership, and governance of large-scale technology transformation programs.
What you'll do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, CEOs, Boards, and executive leadership teams on enterprise technology strategy and business transformation
- Lead strategic consulting engagements primarily across insurance clients covering enterprise-wide technology modernization (eg: PAS, claims, agency lifecyle management
- Define long-term technology vision, strategic roadmaps, investment priorities, and enterprise transformation strategies aligned with business objectives
- Advise clients on cloud strategy, enterprise architecture, platform selection across key platforms such as PAS, etc, infrastructure modernization, digital platforms
- Lead executive workshops and board-level discussions to define future-state technology landscapes and transformation priorities
