About the role
The Enabling Areas – Information Technology team is responsible for building & maintaining different applications for Deloitte that focuses on providing employee experience. We are looking for a Scrum Master to coordinate and coach our software development team. Candidate also need the ability to coordinate people and projects (occasionally facilitating changes) with the mind set on deliverables.
What you'll do
- Manage each project’s scope and timeline
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
