What you'll do
- The Senior Scrum Master is responsible for leading Agile delivery teams and driving the successful execution of complex technology initiatives
- This role serves as a servant leader, Agile coach, and facilitator, ensuring Scrum principles and Agile best practices are effectively implemented across multiple teams
- The individual will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, Architects
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and Release Planning sessions
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and continuous improvement practices
