About the role
As a Full-Stack Senior Product Software Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners and engineering teams on the design and implementation of innovative products and features, contributing to the evolution of user-centric advertising at scale. You’ll exercise technical ownership, provide peer mentoring, and ensure our systems are robust, observable, and future-ready.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and support scalable microservices and user interfaces for Disney’s Ad Platform, leveraging Java and modern front-end frameworks
- Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering peers to deliver features that enhance user-centric advertising
- Translate user stories into actionable engineering tasks with ownership from development through deployment
- Mentor and support teammates through code reviews, documentation, and informal guidance (no direct reports)
- Improve system observability by implementing metrics, monitoring, and alerting solutions
