About the role
As a Guidewire Developer , you are accountable for technical ownership of Guidewire solutions across one or more domains. You combine deep technical expertise, solution leadership, and operational accountability to ensure Guidewire platforms are stable, scalable, compliant, and aligned to enterprise standards .
What you'll do
- Platform & solution ownership
- Own the technical design and implementation of Guidewire solutions across one or more of the following domains: Policy Center, Billing enter, Claim Center
- Lead solution design decisions for complex, cross ‑ module requirements
- Ensure solutions maximize out ‑ of ‑ the ‑ box (OOTB) Guidewire capabilities , approving customizations only when justified
- Partner with architects to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards
