What you'll do
- Drive achievement of zonal primary and secondary sales targets while ensuring profitable growth
- Monitor distributor inventory, sales, fill rates, stockouts, and sales losses through the Supply Chain Control Tower
- Ensure availability of focus SKUs and drive range selling across distributors and markets
- Identify inventory risks and drive timely replenishment actions to maintain inventory norms and service levels
- Coordinate with sales, depot, logistics, and plant teams to resolve supply constraints and improve execution
