About the role
We are looking for a skilled Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) Senior System Architect to design, develop, and implement real-time decisioning and next-best-action solutions using Pega CDH.
What you'll do
- Design and develop Customer Decision Hub (CDH) solutions using Pega
- Configure Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies, Engagement Policies, Arbitration, and Contact Policies
- Develop and maintain Decision Strategies, Action Flows, Treatments, and Customer Journeys
- Configure Customer Profile Designer, Customer Data, and Predictive Analytics
- Integrate CDH with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
